No Christmas lunch would be complete without a rich, mature Christmas Pudding. We start making ours in late summer using a traditional, jealously guarded secret recipe which is now in the hands of Lewis - The sixth generation of Dunns master bakers. 

Only the finest ingredients are used in our puddings: Vostizza currants, Californian raisins, mixed peel from Italy and free range eggs. The rich full flavour is developed with real lemons, spices, Brandy and Redemption Ale that comes all the way from ... Tottenham!

Dunns puddings are presented in high quality white Mason Cash china basins, hand dressed in muslin, topped off with a festive decoration and despatched with full cooking instructions:
