All our products are made by hand, so at busy times of the year such as Christmas we may run out of some items. We do all we can to make sure you are not disappointed, but everything on our website is offered for sale subject to availability. If we can’t supply what you want, we will let you know as soon as we can.
If for some reason we have had to change the recipe or the shape and design of a product, we will do our best to offer you an item of a similar or even better quality at the same price. At this point you can cancel your order. If you are not happy with the replacement, you can return it for a full refund – our Returns Policy section for more information.
Our prices include VAT where appropriate. We try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors do occur, if this happens we will supply your goods at the lower price, unless it’s a significant mistake, in which case we’ll contact you first to explain and give you the option to cancel your order.
Please note from time to time we may need to substitute you hamper with items of equal or greater value.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your order before it is collected by calling us on +44 (0)20 8340 1614. However this does not apply to cakes made especially for you if we have already started making it.
From time to time we may have to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
At present we only offer a local delivery service through a local reputable taxi service, please contact us on +44 (0)20 8340 1614 to enquire if the delivery address is within our delivery area and to enquire about cost.
We do not offer this service.
At Dunns Bakery in London UK we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely delighted with your order, our Returns Policy explains what you can do.
To Return an Item
To arrange a return, please contact us giving the reason for the return. If you’re returning an order because you are not satisfied, please tell us why and send it back to us in its original packaging. For our address details see Contact Us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling your Order
Under the United Kingdom’s ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Exceptions are: foodstuffs, beverages, and any item made specifically for you. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately by calling +44 (0)208 340 1614 or email email@example.com.
Shopping on the Internet will require you to provide us with your name, address and other relevant information. Personal information provided by you and any other information relating to you, will be held by Dunns Bakery and may be used for our purposes, including market research, or occasionally shared with other organisations for the prevention of Credit Card fraud. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, or email. We may contact you via email to keep you up to date with our latest catalogue and promotions.
