Our Galette des Rois is a celebration of craftsmanship and tradition, baked the way Dunns has done for generations. We layer crisp, buttery puff pastry around a rich almond frangipane made in‑house with freshly ground almonds for a deep, aromatic flavour.
Each galette is hand‑finished to achieve its signature golden sheen and delicate flaky crown.
We place the traditional fève on top of the cake, for you to hide inside should you wish, with the person receiving the feve in their slice, wears the crown.
